How’s Your Insurance?" about the importance of managing risk in the current economic environment, and strategies that the wealthy use to manage not only their money but their overall well-being. Sherman's main goal as a financial representative is to establish long term relationships with his clients by asking them tough questions and actively listening to their goals and aspirations. He meets regularly with his clients because life never stands still, and needs and goals are constantly changing. This way, Sherman On can provide his clients with a continuous flow of necessary  information, direction and solutions to help them achieve their individual and business desires.   Sherman feels that his approach is very unique in that he actually listens to what his clients are saying and digs deep to know what keeps them up at night.  His belief his meeting are a way for his clients to take a step back and take time out of their extremely busy lives, and take an inventory about where they are at and compare that to where they want to go.  By putting their goals back in front of thier minds Sherman On is able to keep his clients on track to achieve their financial goals. 

 

Sherman On has the personal belief that the work place we toil in today is far different from the one our parents and grandparents labored in. It was common place to work for one company for 30-40 years, and upon retirement be promised a pension and health insurance during their entire retirement.

 

However, Sherman On knows that today's career paths are not similar to our grandparents. It may be very common for you to change your job/career several times throughout your life.

 

Therefore, taking time to meet with Sherman On, to obtain solutions using world class insurance products and to help you achieve your financial future, is necessary. He feels that it is his responsibility to first inform his clients, and then assist them to blaze a path to their own financial security.
